Who we are

NoxTools runs noxtools.com. Since 2020 we have offered 100+ premium SEO, AI and design tools on affordable group-buy plans. “We” and “us” in this policy mean the NoxTools team.

This policy covers the website, the members area (sign-up, payments, your tools, tickets and affiliate accounts) and our chat and email support. It works together with our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy.

What we collect

Information you give us

• Account details. Details such as your name, email address, username and password, when you sign up in the members area.
• Orders and payments. Your plans, invoices, wallet balance, payment status and transaction IDs. If you pay by crypto, Binance or another method we check by hand, we also receive the transaction details you send us.
• Support messages. What you write in live chat, tickets and emails, with the name and email address you give there.
• Affiliate details. If you join our Affiliate Program: your referrals, commissions and payout details, such as a bank account, UPI ID, PayPal account or crypto wallet.

Information collected automatically

• Login records. The IP address and browser used to log in, to keep your account safe and apply the one login, one person rule.
• Referrals. If you sign up through an affiliate’s link, your account is linked to that affiliate for their commission.
• Technical data. Like most websites, our servers and security tools record your IP address, browser, device, the page you asked for and the time. This includes visits to missing pages, so we can fix broken links.
• Visitor statistics. Google Analytics records the pages you visit, the site that sent you, your device and browser, and your approximate location.
• Tool use. Tools open through our tool servers. Like any web server, they handle your IP address and your requests inside the tool.

How we use your data

We use your data to:

• create your account, activate your plan and open your tools;
• take payments, keep invoices and send refunds to your payment method or NoxTools wallet;
• answer your chats, tickets and emails;
• keep accounts safe and apply our account rules, such as one login, one person;
• pay affiliate commissions and check the affiliate rules;
• protect the site from attacks, bots and abuse, and fix errors;
• see which pages are useful, so we can improve the site.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it to show you ads. We may share information only when the law requires it, for example to answer a valid legal request.

Cookies and browser storage

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Our public pages set no cookies of their own. Here is what you may find:

• Google Analytics. _ga and _ga_M2C66L2Z09 hold a random ID so visits can be counted. They can last up to two years.
• Live chat. tawk.to keeps cookies and browser storage so your chat stays open between pages.
• Cloudflare. __cf_bm helps tell people from bots, and cf_clearance remembers that you passed a security check.
• Members area. Cookies keep you logged in and, if you came through an affiliate’s link, remember who referred you.
• Your browser only. Your INR or USD choice (nx_currency) and a few display settings stay on your device. They are not sent to us.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Most pages work without them, but logging in and live chat need them.

How long we keep data

We keep your account, order and support records while your account is active. Some records, such as invoices, may be kept longer for legal or accounting reasons.

How we protect your data

• The site uses HTTPS, so what you send us is encrypted on its way.
• Cloudflare protects the site against attacks and bots.
• The card details you enter at checkout stay with the payment provider. NoxTools does not store them.

No website is perfectly secure, so please help us: use a strong password that you use nowhere else, and never share your login. Sharing an account is also against our Terms and Conditions.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• send you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• correct details that are wrong or out of date;
• delete your account and your personal data.

Just open a support ticket or email [email protected]. We may first ask you to confirm that the account is yours. Deleting your account ends your tool access, and some records, such as invoices, may have to be kept for legal or accounting reasons.

You can also block cookies in your browser and stop Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

Children

NoxTools is built for marketers, creators and businesses. As our Terms explain, anyone who is not old enough to make a binding agreement where they live needs a parent’s or guardian’s agreement to use it. If you think a child has given us personal data without that agreement, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our service changes. The “Last updated” date at the top always shows the latest version.
