1. Agreeing to these Terms

These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using NoxTools. When you create an account, place an order or use this website, you agree to these Terms. They apply to the whole website and to every email, chat or other message between you and NoxTools.

By agreeing, you also confirm that you are old enough to make a binding agreement where you live, or that a parent or guardian agrees for you. If you buy for a business, you confirm that you may accept these Terms for it.

Please also read our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use NoxTools.

2. Our service and how access works

NoxTools has served marketers and creators since 2020. We give you access to 100+ premium SEO, AI, writing, design and video tools on affordable group-buy plans. Group buy means the cost of a premium tool is shared, so you pay much less than buying it on your own.

Getting started takes three steps:

1. Choose a plan or a single tool. A plan bundles several tools at a lower price. You can also buy just the one tool you need.
2. Pay the way that suits you. Use UPI, a card, a local wallet, PayPal, Binance or crypto. Prices are shown in INR or USD.
3. Open your tools from the dashboard. Once your payment is confirmed, log in to your NoxTools dashboard and open each tool with one click. Every tool has a short video tutorial.

3. Your account and fair use

Group buy only works when every member uses their own account. Your NoxTools login is for you alone, so keep your password private.

These three things are not allowed:

• Sharing your account. Giving your login to another person leads to a permanent ban, without notice.
• Logging in from many places in one day. Several logins from different IP addresses or proxies on the same day can get your account suspended.
• Using your own affiliate link. Buying for your own account through your own affiliate link gets both accounts banned, without refund.

4. Orders, prices and payments

Prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR) or US dollars (USD). You can pay with UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, GPay, cards, PayPal, Binance, JazzCash, bKash, Nagad or crypto (USDT, BTC).

Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay and PayU. NoxTools does not store your card details.

When your plan starts

• UPI and card payments are activated instantly.
• Crypto, Binance and offline payments are checked manually and activated within 2–⁠3 hours.

5. Plan validity and tool availability

Your plan or tool stays active for the period shown when you buy it. Group-buy tools run on their makers’ own servers, so short interruptions can happen. A problem that is fixed within 48 hours is part of normal service.

Because access depends on each tool’s availability, NoxTools may, at any time:

• change the price of any tool or plan
• change how long a plan stays valid
• set usage limits on any tool

6. Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund Policy. In short:

• If a tool you bought does not work for more than 48 hours at any time during your plan month, you can ask for a refund while that month is running.
• You choose how to get it:
  • a refund to your original payment method,
  • a refund to your NoxTools wallet balance, or
  • a replacement tool instead of the one that is down.
• Approved refunds are completed within 3–⁠5 business days.
• There is no refund if your account is banned under these Terms, or if you simply did not use the tool or plan you bought.

To ask for a refund, open a ticket from your account.

7. Affiliate program

You can earn commission by sharing your personal NoxTools affiliate link. Commission is earned only on the customers you refer. The current rates, payout methods and minimum withdrawal are on the Affiliate Program page.

One rule matters most: do not use your affiliate link for your own account. If you do, both accounts are banned without refund.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or ban an account that breaks the account rules in section 3. A banned account does not get a refund.

You can stop using NoxTools at any time. Because nothing renews automatically, you are not charged again unless you choose to buy.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using NoxTools after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
